The only problem I had was transferring/porting my phone number from AT&T to Mint.

I originally did the 7 day trial and then went with the 12 month plan. They have had absolutely no problems even when they were driving from the east coast to Texas. They originally lived on the north east coast and last year moved to Texas. My daughter and her family has two lines on Mint and have had that service for a long time. Since I only do talk and text, I decided to try a different service. I was paying over $50 per month for their unlimited plan which had 4 other phone numbers on it (family members).
